We have happily created a PATIENT REWARD PROGRAM because we are grateful to the patients that we are lucky enough to serve. 

To be a part of this reward program, all you have to do is share the joy... in other words, simply refer your friends, family, coworkers to the dental office that you love to visit... US!

An established patient of ours can easily earn rewards, including financial credit (Holbrook Bucks!) that can be used for any products or services we provide at Family Dental Care.

Just follow the following easy steps to be a member of our Patient Reward Program:

1. Give the "business cards" that our staff will provide you to your family and friends who need the comprehensive, quality care we provide. (The cards are marked on the back with the special deal). We will care for your friends and family as we would our own and give them a 50% reduction from our fee for their initial examination and x-rays!
2. We will ask our new client who referred them to our office.  Make sure they present the business card and tell us you referred them at their first visit.
3. Then, simply watch your mail and soon you will be REWARDED!
4. Use your credit right away, or save your "Holbrook Bucks" and refer your way to a brighter, better smile!
