Stephanie D. Maddox, R.D.H., M.A.L.D. Roberta Armenta, R.D.H., B.S.
DONNA JAROSZ, RDH received her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of New Mexico in 1992. She is Class II certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry, working toward her Mastership. She is CPR, Infection Control, and Local Anesthesia Certified. She enjoys scrapbooking, church activities, and vacationing with her husband and two adorable daughters. She has been working with Dr. Holbrook since 1994. STEPHANIE MADDOX, RDH, MALD received her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of New Mexico in 1992. She holds Mastership Status with the Academy of Laser Dentistry. She is CPR, Infection Control, and Local Anesthesia Certified. She is also a member of Mensa International and the Metallica Fan Club.She also enjoys reading, painting, knitting, photography and computers, including being the webmaster of this site. She has worked with Dr. Holbrook since 1997.
ROBERTA ARMENTA, RDH received her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of New Mexico in 1993. She is Class II Certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry. She is CPR, Infection Control, and Local Anesthesia Certified. Roberta enjoys cooking, cleaning, gardening and outdoor activities with friends and loved ones. She has one beautiful daughter attending the University of New Mexico. We are glad to have Roberta here each Friday. She has been working with Dr. Holbrook since 1996.
DIAMOND MONTOYA, CDA is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated with her certificate from PIMA Medical Institute in 2004. She is CPR, Infection Control, and Radiology certified. She loves her dog, Baby. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially snowboarding and camping with her family. She has been working with Dr. Holbrook since 2004. CATHIE ARRELLIN is our financial coordinator and dental insurance specialist. She is CPR and Infection Control certified. Her family is her pride and joy, and she enjoys spending time with them. She has been working with Dr. Holbrook since 2002. ROSANNE DUBOIS is our administrative assistant and the coordinator for the dental hygienists' schedules. She is CPR certified. She enjoys church activities, scrapbooking, camping and spending time with loved ones. She has been working with Dr. Holbrook since 2005.
